Parents’ Day

Report cards were distributed on the occasion. Parents could better understand the students’ performance at school through conversation with the class teachers. Parents could also talk to the school social workers or teachers from the School Discipline Section and the Student Counselling Section by appointment. In addition, statistics of different forms and subjects were shown at the School Hall for parents’ perusal.

The tour was organised by the Moral and Civic Education Section. Student representatives were led by the School Principal and two teachers to visit Beijing No. 20 High School.

Hong Kong youth volunteer exchange tour

The exchange tour was organsied by the CCA & OLE Section. During the tour, over 20 S.4 students, led by two teachers, visited several schools in Zhaoqing and Dexing for various activities, including voluntary work and family visits.

The 12-day study tour to Auckland, New Zealand was organsied by the English Department to strengthen students’ English learning.

Release of the Seventh HKDSE results

Among the 130 students sitting the seventh HKDSE, there were 119 students (91.5%) meeting the ‘3322’ requirement for university admission.

Announcement of JUPAS results

There were 84.6% (110) of our students who sat the seventh HKDSE receiving offers in JUPAS. Among them, 106 students were admitted to Bachelor’s degree programmes.

 

HKU: 9 students

CUHK: 24 students

HKUST: 8 students

PolyU: 17 students

CityU: 7 students

HKBU, LingU and Others: 45 students

There were 10.8 % of students taking local self-financed degree programmes, and 5.4% overseas studies.

Parents’ Day and Orientation activities for S. 1 students

Orientation activities for S. 1 students were organised from 23 August to 25 August. Parents’ Day was held on 25 August at the School Hall. The Principal, discipline teachers and counselling teachers briefed the parents about the School and issues that new students should take note.
