Chinese New Year food and turnip cake making workshop

Parents and their children made festive foods, such as turnip cakes and baked red bean coconut cakes for the Lunar New Year, together in the activity. Meanwhile, parents and teachers shared views and festive mood.

Parents' Day

Report cards were distributed on the occasion. Parents could better understand the students’ performance at school through conversation with the class teachers. Parents could also talk to the school social workers or teachers from the School Discipline Section and the Student Counselling Section by appointment. In addition, statistics of different forms and subjects were shown at the School Hall for parents' perusal.

The study tour, which consisted of School Principal, teachers and all S. 5 students, visited Changsha and Zhangjiajie in Hunan.

During the day trip to Nam Sang Wai, participants appreciated the ecosystem and organic farming methods, enjoyed agricultural produce and had a delicious buffet lunch.

Teachers and parents enjoyed the fun of making leather card holders at the Visual Art Room.

An Exploratory Tour to Harbin for History, Culture and Economic Development

The tour was organised by the Moral and Civic Education Section. There were 10 S. 4 students joining the tour, through which they learnt the economic development and history of Harbin.

Sik Sik Yuen Modern Dance Training Programme 2018-2019

Based on Chinese traditional culture, the performance was about the 24 solar terms, 19 students from Ho Fung College, who represented 'Insects Waken', gave their finale performance on 12 May 2019.

The event was organised by the Joint Committee for the Promotion of the Basic Law Hong Kong. Visiting Foshan and participating in the debate, the School Chinese Debate Team won the Second Runner-up.

The exchange tour was organised by the CCA Section. During the tour, the 30 students appreciated the history of and the conservation in Fukuoka, Japan.

Release of the Eighth HKDSE results

Among the 123 students sitting the eighth HKDSE, there were 103 students (83.7%) getting ‘3322’ in core subjects.

Announcement of JUPAS results

There were 82.9% (102) of our students receiving offers in JUPAS. Among them, 96 students were admitted to Bachelor’s degree programmes.

HKU: 11 students

CUHK: 18 students

HKUST: 8 students

PolyU: 11 students

CityU: 7 students

HKBU, LingU and Others: 41 students

There were 4.9 % of students taking local self-financed degree programmes, and 6.5% overseas studies.
