On March 5 2025, the STEM Club organised a "Science of Food" workshop where students explored crystal formation and colloid chemistry by creating edible rock candy and jelly. Participants mixed solutions, observed chemical reactions, and learned about saturation and polymerisation - discovering the delicious side of science!
